Who We Are

Farm House Market is a gourmet coffee shop and dairy bar that has expanded in many different directions the past 12 years! Initially the idea of FHM was a created at Colorado State University as an Independent Study/Marketing project by Owner and Founder, Meghann Blach.

As life after college started, this project became a realistic business opportunity! We opened for business April 30th, 2011 with a store front and drive thru, filled with gourmet coffee and specialty Colorado Proud dairy products. We are quickly expanding our offerings to include ice cream, fresh baked goods, meats, honey and many unique gift items!

Our Atmosphere

We have a very unique atmosphere as you walk through the front door, as all of the decor has meaning and a story behind it. Jeremy, my husband and myself take great pride in being 5th generation Agriculturalist in Colorado. So to honor our families we took to the walls of FHM to tell their story!

Pictures and explanations throughout the store share our appreciation for our parents, grandparents, great grandparents and great great grandparents! As business grew we have been able to expand our products!

Our Latest Additions

CUSTOM HARVEST BLACH BEEF! We now are offering whole, half and quarter beef options to our meat selection! You will have the opportunity to order your cuts to your specifications. Cattle will be processed in December and January yearly. A monetary deposit will reserve your portion for beef!

Our beef is grass raised and corn finished to enhance the flavor by increasing the marbling in the beef. The animals will be harvested in a USDA certified facility and dry-aged for 21 days to enhance the flavor and tenderness. All cuts are cryovac sealed so you can personally see the high quality of your beef!

Our latest addition is a full kitchen in the back to provide a wide range of fresh baked goods! Our head baker is Shoni and she has taken this opportunity and ran with it! We have had so many delicious additions ranging from monkey bread, salted caramel bars, to scones! Fall is a great time to try out different flavors so we are overflowing with pumpkin and apple!
