CUSTOM HARVEST BLACH BEEF! We now are offering whole, half and quarter beef options to our meat selection! You will have the opportunity to order your cuts to your specifications. Cattle will be processed in December and January yearly. A monetary deposit will reserve your portion for beef!
Our beef is grass raised and corn finished to enhance the flavor by increasing the marbling in the beef. The animals will be harvested in a USDA certified facility and dry-aged for 21 days to enhance the flavor and tenderness. All cuts are cryovac sealed so you can personally see the high quality of your beef!
Our latest addition is a full kitchen in the back to provide a wide range of fresh baked goods! Our head baker is Shoni and she has taken this opportunity and ran with it! We have had so many delicious additions ranging from monkey bread, salted caramel bars, to scones! Fall is a great time to try out different flavors so we are overflowing with pumpkin and apple!
